1. About Us

LitPrints ("we," "us," "our") is a small, independent e-commerce shop based in the United States, specializing in custom 3D printed accessories including earrings, enamel-style pins, and crochet charms. We operate exclusively online and ship only within the United States.

All products are designed and produced in-house using consumer-grade and professional 3D printers. Our products are not manufactured, licensed, or otherwise affiliated with any third-party brand unless explicitly stated.

2. Products & Inventory

2.1 Made to Order

Most LitPrints items are printed fresh upon order. Because of this, production lead time is typically 3–7 business days before shipping. Exact timelines will be noted on individual product listings and in your order confirmation email.

2.2 Limited Inventory

Some items are produced as limited runs. When a product displays a "Limited Stock" badge, fewer than four units remain. These items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out before your order is processed if multiple customers purchase simultaneously. In the rare event we cannot fulfill an item, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

2.3 Color & Finish Variations

3D printed items may exhibit minor layer lines, slight color variation between print batches, and small dimensional tolerances. These are inherent characteristics of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects. Product photography represents a typical example of each item. Monitor calibration may cause perceived color differences.

2.4 Customization

Select products offer customization options (color, size, text, or material). Customized items are made specifically to your specifications and are therefore considered final sale. Please review all customization options carefully before submitting your order.

3. Order Process

3.1 No Account Required

You do not need to create an account to place an order with LitPrints. Guest checkout is available and requires only your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address.

3.2 Order Confirmation

After a successful payment, you will receive an automated order confirmation email at the address you provided. If you do not receive a confirmation within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at contactlitprints@itsjust.app.

3.3 Order Modifications

Due to our made-to-order process, we begin production quickly. Order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us with your order ID. We cannot guarantee changes after production has begun.

3.4 Order Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and verifying your order details before submitting. LitPrints is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Payment

4.1 Payment Processor

All payments are processed securely through Helcim, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. LitPrints does not collect, store, or have access to your full credit card details at any time.

4.2 Accepted Currency

All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). We do not accept foreign currencies or cryptocurrency.

4.3 USA Only

We currently accept orders and ship only within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Orders placed from outside the US or using non-US billing addresses may be declined or refunded at our discretion.

4.4 Sales Tax

Sales tax may be applied to your order based on your shipping state, as required by applicable US law. The tax amount, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

4.5 Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed on a product page at the time you add an item to your cart is the price you will pay, provided that you complete checkout within the same browsing session.

4.6 Coupon Codes

Promotional coupon codes may be offered at our discretion. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers, applied after an order is placed, or redeemed for cash. Expired or invalid coupon codes will not be applied.

5. Shipping Policy

5.1 Service Area

We ship to all 50 US states, Washington D.C., and US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI, etc.) via USPS or UPS at our discretion. We do not ship internationally.

5.2 Processing Time

All orders are subject to a production processing period of 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) before shipment. Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.

5.3 Shipping Methods & Estimates

• Standard Shipping (USPS Ground): 5–8 business days after dispatch
• Priority Mail: 2–3 business days after dispatch
• Express Mail: 1–2 business days after dispatch (where available)

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. LitPrints is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or delays caused by incorrect addresses.

5.4 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination ZIP code. Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be clearly communicated.

5.5 Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. LitPrints is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly and email us so we can assist where possible.

6. Returns & Refunds Policy

6.1 Customized Items — Final Sale

Items that were customized to your specifications (custom color, size, engraving, or personalization) are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless they arrive defective or damaged (see Section 6.2 below).

6.2 Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, broken, or with a print defect that significantly affects its appearance or usability, you are eligible for a replacement or store credit. To initiate a claim:

• Email contactlitprints@itsjust.app within 7 days of delivery confirmation
• Include your order ID, a brief description of the defect, and at least 2–3 clear photos
• We will respond within 3 business days with resolution options

6.3 Non-Customized Items

For non-customized (standard catalog) items that arrive in sellable condition, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unmodified, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

6.4 Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided production has not yet begun. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking/material fee. Cancellations after shipment are not accepted; you may initiate a return instead.

6.5 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original (per Section 6.3) and place a new order.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Original Designs

All designs, product images, illustrations, logos, and creative assets displayed on the LitPrints website and in our products are the exclusive intellectual property of LitPrints and are protected by applicable US and international copyright laws.

7.2 Prohibited Use

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any LitPrints design, image, or creative asset without our prior written consent. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Reproducing our 3D designs for personal or commercial printing
• Using product photographs in any commercial context
• Creating derivative works based on our designs
• Selling or distributing files that replicate our original designs

7.3 Third-Party Rights

LitPrints does not create products that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. We will promptly address legitimate intellectual property concerns brought to our attention.

8. Content Protection & Prohibited Activities

To protect our original creative work, this website employs technical measures to discourage unauthorized copying of content. By using this site, you agree not to circumvent these measures or engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Taking screenshots, screen recordings, or photographs of product images for resale or redistribution
• Scraping, crawling, or automated downloading of product data, images, or pricing information
• Using browser developer tools, network inspection, or similar technical methods to extract our design assets
• Framing or embedding any portion of this website on another domain without permission
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or order data

Violations may result in legal action under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), or other applicable law.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1 Information We Collect

When you place an order or use our website, we may collect:

• Contact Information: Full name, email address, phone number
• Shipping Information: Postal address (US only)
• Payment Information: Processed and stored by Helcim; we do not store card numbers
• Order Information: Items purchased, customization details, order notes
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, referring page (via analytics)

9.2 How We Use Your Information

• To process, fulfill, and ship your order
• To send order confirmation and shipping notification emails
• To respond to customer service inquiries
• To improve our website and product offerings through aggregate analytics

9.3 Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our business (Helcim for payment processing, USPS/UPS for shipping), who are bound by their own privacy policies.

We retain order records for up to 3 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing us; deletion requests are subject to our legal retention obligations.

9.5 Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to manage your shopping cart session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Browser-based analytics (if any) are configured to anonymize IP addresses.

9.6 Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those explicitly stated. LitPrints makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, or availability. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific item at issue. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of products purchased from us.

3D printed items are intended as decorative accessories and novelty wearables. They are not intended for use by children under 3 years of age (small parts). Always inspect items before use and discontinue use if any damage or sharp edges are present.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the state in which LitPrints is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable US state, as mutually agreed upon.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
